Delivery Policy
Food must stay cold in order to be safe!

To ensure that your food will remain safe, I ask that you be at home or work during the agreed upon timeframe. If you must unexpectedly be gone during the delivery timeframe, simply leave an appropriately sized cooler with plenty of ice. I recommend you move your food inside within one hour of delivery.

If you forget to leave your cooler outside, please call me at 860-613-2464 to make pickup arrangements.

No refunds are given for undelivered food.
