I can help. I use only the freshest ingredients and prepare my meals with health in mind. You will not be eating processed food that's been infused with preservatives. Rather you will be eating meals that are made with colorful and ripened fruits and vegetables, savory herbs and lean meats and fish.
Do you have specific dietary considerations?
I can create your meals with your dietary considerations and restrictions in mind. My menu items are low fat and low sodium. Upon request I can modify the recipes to accommodate allergies, lactose-free, gluten-free and other dietary needs. Mix and match your entrees and side dishes to
create complete meals to suit your lifestyle.
Is this a diet?
No! DIET is a four-letter word in my kitchen. I am creating meals with a specific lifestyle in mind. It's a lifestyle that promotes healthy eating without compromising taste. You will never feel like you're eating diet food. In fact you will probably never know that I've omitted or substituted fat or sugar from a recipe.
